Opened Products: You may return one opened bottle of REVIBE within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the product price.

Unopened Products: All other products in your order must be returned in their original, unopened condition to be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

Email our customer support team at info@r3genix.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.

Mail the product back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
